Repair for an old Conformation Rosary for a client was done like this.

The original rosary was missing 5 beads. The sized needed could not be replaced. I took five of the Our Father beads and placed them in the missing Hail Mary decade. I then purchased 6 (7mm Swarovski Crystal) beads and used them as the Our Father beads, straightened up a few of the bent sterling sliver eye pins, and cleaned the rosary. The Rosary looked like new again and my client was very pleased.
